~ QUIK! ...Southwestern Pizza

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.

  • 1 baked cheese pizza crust
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup roasted chicken meat, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup red or green bell pepper, seeded and finely sliced
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 cup shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread barbecue sauce over pizza crust. Arrange chicken, onion, and peppers over top and sprinkle with chili powder and cheese. Bake 10 minutes, or until golden.

    Per serving: calories 392, fat 13.8g, 32% calories from fat, cholesterol 35mg, protein 24.3g, carbohydrates 41.7g, fiber 3.4g, sugar 12.0g, sodium 1017mg, diet points 8.8.
